    Got charged $400 to do taxes here and the person helping us didn't seem like they knew what they were doing and not sure why, but they were very argumentative with us when they asked us questions. Quite strange.

    Paul Swanson, the Branch Manager, was great. My wife and I went in on a Saturday to open an additional savings account, and we were promptly greeted when we arrived. They were busy, so we waited a few minutes for a banker to free up. Paul was the next available, and we later found out he was helping customers due to the high volume that day. Seeing a manager helping customers because their staff is busy is always very encouraging. Paul was polite, helpful, and got us exactly what we wanted. He had a few helpful recommendations for us and spoke to us about our mortgage and credit card situation. I was very pleased with the service we received.

    The hours and being closed on Sundays makes it impossible for working people to visit. Also I was being made to make minimum payments for my credit card and once in awhile they'd make an account without my knowledge. There are other things I could say as well like if ur so Christan to take Sunday off for church why do you steal from the poor? Saturday allows me to recover from my warehouse jobs which is probably a more physical work than anyone reading this has done.

  • Review of "La Petite Academy of New Hope" at New Hope

    My children attend La Petite and love it. The teachers are very good and my children learn a lot. I feel La Petite does an excellent job helping children prepare to enter kindergarten. We are very happy we chose this center.
